Rule 1: General rules in chat/discord
1. Keep the Discord and in game main chat areas English Only.
2. We do not accept negative and abusive chat to players or staff members such as disrespect, flaming, harassing, verbal abuse, racism, sexism, religious believes, etc.
3. No spamming in the chat.
4. No use of unnecessary caps in the chat.
5. No advertising of other servers.
6. No illegible text colors in the chat.
7. No misleading links, hacking and threats.
8. Causing drama in chat or on discord in any way isn't tolerated. We all hold ourselves to a high standard. If you don't like someone, ignore them, or block them.
9. No posting pornographic or any edgy stuff into general on Discord.
10 - We have a 0 tolerance policy for toxic behaviors of any kind (flaming, disrespect, harassment, etc.). Any form of toxicity can result in a mute, up to a ban, on your account.
Rule 1.1: Chat color and custom Message title
1. You must have a chat color that can be read clearly, not all the bright colors that cannot be read.
2. Your Yell tag cannot contain any kind of harassing, verbal abuse, racism, sexism, religious content or insult to staff.
2. If you abuse this you will be given a warning and if you keep do this we will remove the ability for you to change the tag and text colour.
Rule 2: Lending, Scamming, Price Manipulation
1. Scamming is **strongly** forbidden.
2. Price manipulation is not allowed. Making new accounts to fake sell/buy items and/or donations is also considered Price Manipulation.
3. Merching/flip (Buying items and then re-selling for a higher price) is allowed. This is a player-based eco so we can't force people to sell for x (if you don't like the price, don't buy from the player).
3. If you are loaned items by someone and you do not repay those items in a timely fashion, that is a ban-able offense and counts as scamming. Borrowing or lending items will be at your own risk and no refunds will be issued regardless.
Rule 3: Real World Trading
1. Real World Trading such as selling or buying accounts, in-game items, in-game wealth for real-life money or any other game accounts, money, items etc. is not allowed. This will lead into a ban without any chance to get unbanned.
Rule 4: Bugs, Exploits and Other Abusing
1. You are not allowed to abuse any bugs or exploit them in any way. Bugs and exploits must be reported to staff member in game, on discord, or ::report in-game. If the bug seems game breaking DM a Owner or a Manager.
2. If you abuse a bug you can end up getting banned or a wipe of your account.
Rule 5: 3rd Party Software
1. We do not allow use of auto clicker, script or bots. If you get caught by use any 3rd party software you will be jailed and if caught multiple times you can end up with a ban.
Rule 6: Chargebacks
1. Chargebacks are strictly forbidden as this is a false claim. Any attempt at a chargeback will result in a ban.
Rule 7: VPN, Proxy, and Multi Voting
1. You are not allowed to use vpn, or multi voting at any way.
Rule 8: Account, Multilogging, Achievement Boosting
1. You are allowed to vote on mobile data or WiFi 2 times every 12 hours. 4 times each 24 hours.
1.1 You can vote once on one account and once on another, as long as you abide by 2 votes per 12 hours.
2. You are allowed to have 2 accounts online at the same time.
3. You can’t have multiple accounts doing the same content, etc. You cannot have both accounts doing enchanting, or have both accounts do instances at the same time.
4. You are not allowed to leave your account online AFKing while you are away from your screen unless at the ::afk area. You need to be able to respond when pinged or messaged. AFKing instances can land your account with a warning, jailed or worse for repeat offenders.
5. Making an account that’s similar to a staff member account is not allowed.
6. You are not allowed to use an account to help boost another one of your accounts. That is against our rules. Alts can collect supplies etc such as mining gems/enchant aoe orbs. You CANNOT use an alt account to get rewards from achievements and trade those over to your main account.
7. You are not allowed to be boosted by any other accounts. This includes any minigames, duo slayer, raids and more while the other account does not participate.
8. Account sharing will not be tolerated and could end up with your accounts being banned.
Rule 8.1: Alt Account.
2. Your alt account can be used to craft aoe orbs for your main account.
3. Your alt account can be used to mine gems and cut them for your main account.
4. Your alt account can be used to gather supplies such as food, potions and bow stings for your main account.
5. You cannot have your alt account in the same instance, raid, zone, slayer task as your main account at any time.
6. You cannot trade boxes, keys, caskets between accounts from achievement rewards.
Rule 9: Giveaways
1. You are allowed to do giveaways. However, you are not allowed to do giveaways over Tier 3 Value In-Game!
2. Giveaways above T8 must get verified by a staff member.
3. Giveaways Include all the following: Trading, Drop Parties, Player Owned Shops (aka POS)
4. We have constant YouTube giveaways that contain codes. You are NOT allowed to share codes with fellow players. It defeats the purpose of the giveaway.
Rule 10: Avoiding Rules, avoiding punishment.
1. Trying to find a way around and avoid any kind of punishment will lead into a ban of your accounts.
2. Staff members words are final. They are above the rules when need be for the safety of the community & economy. However, if abused actions will be taken.
3. If you feel you got a punishment that is not right, you can always make a ticket on discord and a manager/owner will look into it.
